Want to write for CG Weekly?
This is who we are looking for: Are you a female who likes to write, is a good communicator of your thoughts, who loves music and lives in a city of interest (that has a lot to offer)?
Do you go out regularly, enjoy experiencing live music, nightlife, art, clubs, culture, etc. in your city, and want to tell others about it? Then we want to hear more about you and what you can contribute!
What we do:
Our writers do not have rules or deadlines! They share with our readers what they are interested in (in all genres of music, nightlife, art, clubs, culture, fashion, etc.), when they feel they have interesting things to share with readers. Writers can contribute daily, weekly, monthly, bi-monthly, whatever.
How to get started:
Send us an email stating your name, age, educational status, city you live in (or cities you frequently travel to), what kind of music/ nightlife/ art /cultural events /etc. you frequent that you would like to share in the future, along with your photo, and approximately how often you think you might contribute. Basically, tell us what you would like to share, what interests you, and tell us a little about yourself and your life (a short bio). After reading this introductory email from you, we will know if you can string your sentences together, if you sound interesting to readers, and if you have something to offer our site. We will look it over, take a vote, give you feedback, and let you know if we would like to have you as a contributor. Our response time is not immediate, but we will get back to you as quickly as possible.
